Request Transcript

We use the Parchment platform to send official transcripts. The only exception is for students who need a transcript uploaded to the NCAA portal.

Before requesting a transcript: Students should generate a Student Course Report to review all the information reported on a transcript: name, date of birth, and course information. The report will be sent to the email address on the student’s user account. A transcript will list all SVHS courses a student has enrolled in; incomplete courses will be listed as ‘in progress’. If students want to drop an incomplete course or have questions, they must log in to their SVHS user account and use the “Ask a Question” link on their dashboard to make any request.
